SOLIHULL Moors have signed full-back Junior Tiensia on a permanent deal from National League North side Gloucester City.
Tiensia has signed a contract with Moors until the end of the season having helped Gloucester mount a play-off push at the step below.
The 22-year-old came through Millwall’s academy and has enjoyed loan spells at Havant and Waterlooville, Dover Athletic and Dartford.
Tiensia said: “I think it’s every player’s dream to climb up each league and I’ve just made that next step.
“I know the club are striving to get into the [Football] League and I know the gaffer from my time at Millwall, so I know a lot about Solihull.
“I’m very fast, love to attack, love one-on-ones. I just bring a lot of energy into the team and will be up and down all-day every day.”
Moors boss Neal Ardley added: “Junior was someone I watched a lot when I was at Notts [County] and he was very quick, very sharp, dynamic, and wanted to get forward a lot.
“With Ben Coker out injured and Mitch Roberts being the only player in that position, we felt we needed to strengthen, but in that same vein we’re looking ahead and he’s someone we can keep an eye on for next season as well.”
The pacy left-back is available for this weekend’s trip to Oldham Athletic and will wear squad number 33.
