SUPERBIKES - Delves prepares for Brands Hatch challenge

LIAM Delves has now fully recovered from his spectacular crash in the last round of the British Superbike Championship ahead of round five at Brands Hatch this weekend.

The 21-year-old heads south to Kent for round five of the series and is hoping to produce a strong performance as he continues to get to grips with the Rapid CDH Racing Kawasaki Fuelled by Cheshire Mouldings and Woodturnings Ltd in his rookie year in the premier class.

Delves has improved his personal best times in every race this season and is aiming for further progress having fully healed from arm pump surgery.

This weekend he is set to race on the full international circuit at Brands Hatch and all three races will once again benefit from live television coverage.

The timetable is: Friday – free practice 1pm and 4.15pm.

Saturday – free practice 10.30am, qualifying 1.15pm, race one 15 laps 4.15pm.

Sunday – warm up 9.30am, race two 20 laps 1.15pm, race three 20 laps 4.30pm.
