SOLIHULL Olympic Gymnastics advanced under 14’s team won Gold at this year’s Regional Floor and Vault competition held at Fenton Manor in Stock-on-Trent.

Team members Lois Mansfield and Kaili Woodward also came away with individual silver and bronze respectively at the event on November 30.

The club’s advanced under 12’s team also achieved team bronze and Keira Edginton won individual bronze.

Team coaches Sue Johnson, Emma Johnson and Emma Cooper were delighted with the results given the high standards seen in the competition this year.

Sue said: “Team from as far afield as Worcester, Coventry and Dudley enter this competition and to win team Gold was a remarkable achievement for the club.”

Solihull Olympic Gymnastics club has been running for over 40 years and train at Light Hall school on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
