SOLIHULL Moors have announced the signing of midfielder Josh Lundstram on a short-term loan deal from Crewe Alexandra.
The 22-year-old can operate in central midfield or at right-back and will remain at the ARMCO Arena until January 14.
Lundstram made his Football League debut for Crewe last September having graduated from the Alex youth academy.
He has enjoyed previous loan spells at Sandbach United, Newcastle Town, Kidsgrove Athletic, Nuneaton Borough and Altrincham.
Lundstram said: “It’s a good opportunity for me to come and play some games so I’m looking forward to it.
“It seems like a great club and the set-up is brilliant, hopefully I’ll enjoy my spell here.
“It’s great coming into a place when the team is winning, and the spirits are high. We’ve got a lot of big games coming up, so we need to continue that if we want to keep pushing towards promotion.”
Whilst with Altrincham, Lundstram was part of the squad that gained promotion from the National League North play-offs in the 2019/20 season.
He has made 16 appearances in all competitions this season, including nine in Sky Bet League One.
Lundstram will wear the number 28 shirt and is eligible for tomorrow’s Buildbase FA Trophy clash against AFC Fylde.
