MERIDEN MP Saqib Bhatti is calling on local firms to join his local Business Forum for a virtual breakfast meeting this Friday, March 12, 2021.
Mr Bhatti will be joined by West Midlands Mayor Andy Street to discuss the latest developments for businesses following the Chancellor’s
March Budget.
The forum, which aims to serves as a platform for all businesses to have an open and direct line of contact with their local MP, launched in December last year and have regular monthly meetings.
“If you run a local business, big or small, I want to hear from you,” said Mr Bhatti, a former president of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and Asian Business Chamber of Commerce.
“The last few months of battling the virus has taken its toll on all businesses, that is why it is more important than ever that business owners have the opportunity to express their needs and concerns directly to me.
“I’m pleased that Andy Street will be joining us to unpack the latest developments and next steps for businesses following the Chancellor’s budget last week.”
