Solihull Editorial 19th Nov, 2020   0

SOLIHULL Council is inviting applications for the Tier 2 Business Grant Funding for those firm hit by Covid-19.

It follows the announcement by the Government of a range of packages to support firms affected by the pandemic.

They’re aimed at businesses affected from October 14 to November 4, 2020, and there’s also National Lockdown Grant Funding from November 5 to December 2, and the Discretionary Business Grant Scheme, which closes on December 1.

There is plenty of advice and guidance for businesses on the Council website here and the Solihull for Success website here.

A webinar is also being organised for Wednesday, November 25 at 2pm, to talk about the grants. To book a place email [email protected].

Councillor Ian Courts, Leader of Solihull Council said: “I know it remains incredibly difficult for businesses at the moment, so it is important that they access whatever support is available.

“The Government has now put in place another range of funding packages to support businesses impacted by Covid and we are now inviting applications for this funding.”
