ALL BLACKS legend Sean Fitzpatrick was at Solihull School this month for a sportsman’s dinner organised by the Parents’ Association.
Widely regarded as one of the finest players ever to come out of New Zealand, Fitzpatrick won 92 caps and captained the side from 1992 until his retirement through injury in 1997.
A familiar face as a pundit on television, he is also founder and director of the Front Row group of companies, which includes Front Row Leadership.
Headmaster David Lloyd said: “It was a very exciting evening, especially for rugby fans, and Sean gave an excellent motivational talk about leadership, attitude and legacy. One of the giants of the game, he was very impressed to learn that the school has no fewer than four current rugby internationals.”
