WORKERS from Solihull Listers will be among a group of 25 taking on Yorkshire’s three highest peaks in aid of the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

The team will hike 24 miles and climb over 5,000ft across a fully supported route to help raise funds for life saving research into heart and circulatory diseases.

It comes after the company chose the BHF as its Charity of the Year and have run several events in aid of the charity.

So far, Listers has raised over £3,400 for the BHF and is aiming to raise £10,000 in total.

Tim Bradshaw, chief operating officer at Listers Group, said: “Listers Group is delighted to partner with the British Heart Foundation.

“Our colleagues can’t wait to climb the Yorkshire Three Peaks in what will be a great team-building exercise.

“Knowing we will raise funds for the BHF’s research to save and improve lives will really help motivate our team to complete the challenge.”

The BHF’s Yorkshire Three Peaks event will be held on July 23.
