A PASSENGER has died and a driver has been left fighting for their life after a car hit a wall in Acocks Green.
The crash happened on Warwick Road at around 12.15am on December 1.
The driver of the car has been taken to hospital in a critical condition.
West Midlands Police said: “Warwick Road at the junction with Morrisons supermarket is likely to remain closed for most of the day while a forensic examination takes place.
