RESIDENTS at Fountain care home in Shirley spoke with Meriden MP Saqib Bhatti about the impact of Covid during his visit.
The Conservative MP observed the residents playing basketball hosted by Everyone for Sport while touring Memory Lane.
He then spoke with residents about Covid and how it was eventful time for him as he married and became a father.
Mr Bhaati asked residents about their concerns and how he could support with these.
Issues including longer waiting times for operations since the pandemic and more recognition for care workers were raised.
Lorraine Shannon, home services advisor for Fountains said: “It was really lovely to finally welcome Saqib to Fountains as his visit has had to be postponed many times due to Covid.
