PROPERTY agents have been appointed to help secure lettings for Westgate, the proposed new grade A office building in the heart of Solihull.
Nick Williams of Savills and Scott Rutherford of Cushman and Wakefield will represent the building to potential occupiers in the regional and national commercial property market.
Westgate will be a highly sustainable, 120,000 sq ft landmark commercial building across eight floors with staff wellbeing, flexibility of space and future proofing built in from the start.

At the heart of Solihull’s established business district, Westgate aims to provide a forward-thinking ecosystem of working environments.

Westgate is being promoted by Solihull Council as part of the wider Town Centre Masterplan approved by Cabinet in November 2020.
