It is impossible to read about this vile and barbaric abuse without feeling sick and ashamed for certain sections of the human race.
How would these people feel if we forced them into a pit they could not escape from and urged them to fight to the death while we jeered them on from the sides?
Compassionate and morally correct human beings can only hope they never have to find out.
