Jubilee fever grips borough - we want your pictures

THE BUNTING will soon be going up and and it's almost time to start making the sandwiches as Diamond Jubilee fever comes to town.

Leading up to the double bank holiday celebrations of the big weekend in June, you can expect to see more Union Jacks than ever on our streets.

To celebrate this milestone in the Queen's reign, people will be holding street parties and staging all manner of commemorative events. And we'd like to help you share your celebrations with other readers.

Let us know what you're doing and when and where it's happening. Whether it's a classic party for the whole street or business offering a bit of fun for customers. And if we can't get there, we'd still love to see your pictures. Email your pictures of the day and we'll try to show other readers what you've been up to.

You can contact the newsdesk on 01926 317109 and send your pictures and details to editor@solihullobserver.co.uk.

We look forward to celebrating with you.
