THE stage version of the hit film Calendar Girls is coming to Birmingham Hippodrome.
Inspired by the real life members of a Yorkshire WI, the play tells the story of how the lives of a group of friends were transformed when a heartbreaking loss encouraged them to strip off to raise money for charity.
The stage production has now taken more money at the box office than the original film and the show will be at the Hippodrome from Tuesday January 21 until Saturday February 4 as part of its farewell tour.
The cast includes Lynda Bellingham, Jan Harvey, Sue Holderness, Camilla Dallerup and Deena Payne.
Ticket prices range from £15 to £32.50 and they can be bought by calling the box office on 0844 3385000.
Performances start at 7.30pm with matinées at 2pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 2.30pm on Saturday.
